In order to be certified as 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain, the coffee needs to comply with precise regulations, and most be grown in an area defined as the Blue Mountain range. Jamaican Blue Mountain has a smooth, balanced sweet flavor that's complex without exhibiting a lot of bitterness.

Cupping Notes: Nutty tobacco flavor with a heavy mouth-feel and some acidic citrus notes.
