Everything About Light Roast
Our Light Roast is light brown in color with a toasted grain flavor and a pronounced acidity. The surface of the bean is dry. Because of the short roasting time the bean retains most of its origin flavors. It perfectly showcases the characteristics of the country of origin. This roast is favored for milder coffees. A Light Roast coffee has a complex acidity, and is easy-going, ideal to drink at any time of the day.
Characteristics:
- Pronounced acidity and brightness
- Light body and aroma
- Maintains most of the caffeine
- Ideal for tasting the full origin character and complexity
Everything About Medium Roast
Our Medium Roast is medium brown in color with a fuller body and a more robust flavor. The roast flavor is imposed, yet the coffee's origin is still noticeable. At this roasting point, flavors are fully developed. The result is a balanced combination of acidity, intense flavor and rich aroma. This "best of both worlds" approach has made it the standard in the American West.
Characteristics:
- A balanced acidity, aroma and flavor
- Fuller body
- Caffeine decrease
- Roast Flavor imposed, yet origin distinctions are clear
Everything About Dark Roast

Characteristics:
- Muted acidity and hint of bittersweet
- Heavier body
- Caffeine decreases
- The roast character dominates the origin coffee flavor
